Change of Mind & Refunds

Within 10 business days of receiving item, please contact us at: sales@3peaks.com.au and we will provide you with authorisation number. Please note, you will need to cover the postage to return your item/s.

Exchanges

Within 10 business days please contact us at: sales@3peaks.com.au and let us know what you would like to exchange. We will provide you with authorisation & you can return it at your cost. On return of the goods we will send to you your requested exchange items. Please note, you will need to cover the postage each way for any exchanges.

International Exchanges

Not a problem. Within 10 business days contact us at: sales@3peaks.com.au and let us know what you would like to exchange. We will provide you with authorisation & a cost for your shipping. On return of the goods we will send to you your requested exchange items.

Faulty or damaged goods on arrival

For any goods received that are faulty or damaged on arrival, please notify us within 10 days. You will need to contact us at sales@3peaks.com.au & attach an image and description of the fault or damage. We will check and approve the return and inform you of the steps needed to either replace, exchange or refund you for your goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards (you cannot return items purchased with a gift card)
  • Used/Worn Clothing Items and Socks

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/Clearance items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you cannot return the item for a refund. You can however exchange the item for the correct sized item.
